We have heard a lot about isolation and loneliness in 2020 and its injury to our health (equal to smoking 20 cigarettes a day). So, how do we become proactive with our relationship building skills? What are the skills we need to build to become better connected and strengthen the relationships for better health and happiness? There is an exercise in my J.O.Y. (Just One Year) Challenge, that can help us. It is the 36 Question exercise. I have done this exercise several times with my husband and friends to increase trust and closeness. I can attest that it helps a great deal to boost connection. The good news is you don’t have to be in person to do these questions.
