Prescription: Life Plan

I was talking to my doctor friend Asha Shajahan about how to help people live a better life in body, mind, and spirit when she suggested making a life plan. I have simplified it but have included a link in case you want to delve deeper into this idea.

The simplified version is to get 3 blank pieces of paper. One to draw your life as you see it now (stick figures are encouraged). On the second page, draw your life as how you would like to see it at the end of your life. What does it look like? What things to do want to have in it, and who?

Take some time to really look at the difference between the two pages. Then for the last page, draw what you need to do to get from the Now page to the End page.

That page then gets inserted in the middle. This is the page you focus on. This is your life plan.

Review and draw anew as needed.
